This forum, although open to anyone, is targetted mainly at the RP of emo/scene/goth/punk characters. I understand that the genres and labels are not accurate entirely of real life, but but those that go by those labels will find a home here and I mean no offense to those who debate the status of such terms

Rainy City is a fictional town near Seattle, Washington. It boasts a small population, but a large majority of the people here are under the age of eighteen and unlike in many small towns, most of the youth look like something out of a punk rock music video or a "how not to dress" in most other high schools.

We are an easy-going realistic RP set in the year 2014.

there is only one neighborhood near the town center, where the majority of people live. crime is relatively low, though no house is too far from the woods.
